How We Keep Care Safe,
Simple, and Fair
A Better Standard of Care — Built on Trust
At Brivon , we believe safety is more than ticking boxes — it’s about shared responsibility, open communication, and treating people with fairness and dignity. We don’t manage carers behind the scenes like a traditional agency. Instead, we connect trusted, independent carers with families who want more say in how care is delivered — without compromising on security, support, or peace of mind.
Our Role — What Brivon Does to Keep Things Safe
We carry out thorough screening before
any carer joins our platform, including:
Identity and right-to-work verification
Enhanced DBS or PVG background checks
A minimum of 2 professional references
Review of qualifications and care certificates
Skills, language, and suitability screening
Video interviews or profile validation
Transparent carer profiles with verified experience
Direct messaging before booking — no blind matching
Secure payments and care agreements via our platform
Ongoing oversight and support if anything feels off
We Help Families Across the UK — Wherever You Are
● Be clear about what they can and cannot support with
● Treat clients and families with dignity, respect, and care
● Follow our guidance on medication prompting (no injections or clinical treatments)
● Keep accurate care notes (using Brivon ’s Care Logs if needed)
● Report safeguarding concerns immediately — we take them seriously
● Give families advance notice if you can’t attend or must leave a care job early
● Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene — as a live-in professional, this matters
● Use our platform for updates, notes, or help — we’re here if you need us
● Respect family boundaries — every home is different; communicate and observe house rules
The Family’s Role — Respect, Clarity & Communication
● Treat carers with kindness, patience, and professionalism
● Use our secure platform to handle payments and care agreements
● Communicate openly before and during the care relationship
● Report any concerns promptly so we can provide support
● Complete the Care Profile form in full so carers understand key needs (e.g. mobility,
dementia, allergies, religious or cultural preferences)
● Ensure carers have a suitable place to sleep and rest, including access to bathroom
and meals
● Be clear about care start date and handover if transitioning from hospital or another
provider
● Give carers time to settle in — most care relationships improve over the first few days
● Respect diversity — our carers come from all backgrounds; mutual respect is essential
“We’ll help you match with a carer in your area — fast, friendly, and flexible.”
Why This Works
Legal Note
Brivon is an independent introductory service. We are not a regulated care agency and do not employ or supervise carers. Instead, we introduce self-employed care professionals to families
based on their skills, availability, and preferences. We are not affiliated with any care platform or provider. All branding, technology, wording, and safeguarding practices are original and developed specifically for Brivon ’s model. Brivon operates under the UK’s introductory agency framework and complies with all applicable laws. We do not provide clinical services or supervised healthcare under CQC regulation.
If you are looking for a fully-managed, CQC-registered care provider that employs carers directly and manages care plans day-to-day, that’s a different type of service — and we’re happy to help point you in the right direction
