About CQC
In England, care agencies that employ carers and direct daily care must register with the CQC. In Wales and Scotland, the equivalent bodies are CIW and Care Inspectorate Scotland.
Since Brivon does not employ carers or direct their work, we are not required to register with the CQC. This is standard for introductory platforms like ours.

What We Do at Brivon
● Thorough selection: DBS/PVG checks, right-to-work, references, qualafications and interviews
● Personalized matches based on personality, skills, and needs
● Secure booking, invoicing, and communications via our portal
● Ongoing support: check-ins, cover assistance, dropouts, holiday covers and conflict resolution
What We Don’t Do
● We don’t direct or supervise daily care. Your household decides the routine
● We’re not a regulated provider : clinical treatments, medication administration, or daily care plans are outside our scope
● No mandatory training or uniform standards enforced. Carers bring their own experience (though we recommend relevant courses)
